AN ORDINANCE OF TIrE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING NORTH
OF COUNTRY CLUB ROAD, EAST OF SOUTHWEST ROAD,
SOUTH OF 20TH STREET, AND WEST OF SEABOARD COAST
LINE VACATED RIGHT-OF-WAY TO MI-2 (MEDIUM INDUSTRIAL)
DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of ~he City of Sanford,
Florida° passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restric~in8 the location and use of buildings° structures, land and water
for trade, industry, residence or o~her purposes° be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
That the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto
and made a part hereof~
be and the same is hereby placed in 1Vii-2 (Medium Industrial)
District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or par~s of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.

Those certain tracts of land ~_ying between 20th
Street ~uld Country Club Road acquired by the Atlantic Land
and Improvement Company from Frank L. WDodruff, Jr., et al.,
by deed dated July 12, 1950, which deeais recorded in Deed
Book 116, Page 263 of the public recordsof Seminole County,'
Florida; said tracts of land being bounded on the west by
Southwest Road and on the east by the vacated right-of-way
of Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company;isaid tracts of land
including, but not limited to, that portion of Block A, M. M.
Smith's RevisiOn of his Second Subdivision, Plat Book 1,
Page 101, saidpublic records, lying sou~h of 20th Street
and west of said vacated right-of-way owned by Seaboard
Coast Line Railroad Company; Saving and Excepting, however,
a parcel of land conveyed by the Atlanti'~ Land and Improve-'
melt Company to Laura K. Jackson by deed dated June 23, 1972,
which deed is recorded indeed Book 948,:Page 0037, said
public records and a parcel of land conveyed by the Atlantic
Land and Improvement Company toCCc Realty, Inc., by deed
dated January 25, 1974, which deed is recorded in Deed Book
1008, Page 1449, said public records; T0~ether, With 20th
Street, Country Club Road, Lake Mary Roa~, Southwest Road,
Roosevelt Avenue, Mulberry Avenue and thee unnamed platted
street between these last two named avenues, all south of
20th Street and north of Country Club Road; Also,
Those certain strips of land lying between said 20th
Street and Country Club Road acquired by=the Atlantic Coast
Line Railroad Company (Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company)
from the Atlantic Land and Improvement Company by deed dated
May 1, 1954, which deed is recorded in Deed Book 11, Page
479, said public records and that certain~parcel of land
acquired by the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company (Seaboard
Coast Line Railroad Company) from'jerusha Curry, et vir., by
deed dated August 21, 1950, recorded in Deed Book 167, Page 275.

I, H. N. Tamm, Jr., City Clerk of the City of Sanford, Florida, do
hereby certify that a true and correct copy of the foregoing Ordinance
No. 1274, PASSED and ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of San-
ford, Florida, on the 27th day of January, 1975, was POSTED at the front
door of the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the 28th day
of January, 1975.
