the land uses permitted or allowed as Conditional Use within each of the zoning districts. Per Schedule B,
the proposed use of the subject property is classified as Wholesale and Storage, Indoor and Outdoor. A
Conditional Use was approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission in 2022 for outdoor storage.
A Development Plan was approved on May 8, 2025 and is approved for construction. The approved
Development Plans are available for review in the Planning and Development Services Office, located at
300 N. Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida. Copies may be requested for additional fees.
As of the date of this letter, this office is not aware of any zoning code violations associated with the
