AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORDo FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING ARTICLE V0 SECTION 8,
RC-1 (RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT, PARAGRAPH B,
CONDITIONAL USES PERMITTED, BY THE ADDITION OF SUB-
SECTION (6)° SELF SERVICE GASOLINE PUMPS, TO PROVIDE
THAT ONLY THE SELF SERVICE RETAIL SALE OF GASOLINE
SHALL BE PERMITTED IN SAID DISTRICT AND AUTOMOBILE
SERVICING AND RETAILING OF AUTOMOBILE PRODUCTS SHALL
BE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED FROM THE DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PROPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Article V, Section 80 RC-1 (Restricted Commercial)
District, Paragraph B, Conditional Uses Permitted, of the Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Sanford, Florida, is hereby amended by the addition of sub-section (6),
to read as follows:
(6) Self Service Gasoline Pumps.
Only the self service retail sale of gasoline shall be
permit"ted. Automobile servicing and retailing of
automobile products shall be specifically excluded
from the district.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.

door of the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the 10th day
of December, 1974.
