RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT AND LICENSE FROM SANFORD BURGERS, LLC
TO THE CITY OF SANFORD RELATING TO ACCESSING AND INSPECTING
A STORMWATER POND LINER SYSTEM
THIS RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT AND LICENSE is made and entered into
on the date of the last execution of this document set forth below by and between City
of Sanford whose address is 300 North Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida 32771
(hereinafter referred to as the "City"), and Sanford Burgers, LLC (hereinafter referred to
as the "Owner"), whose address is 1620 S Hastings Way, Eau Claire, Wisconsin 54701
WITNESSETH:
IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual promises contained herein and the payment
of one dollar ($1.00), and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by the Owner, the Owner and the City
agree as follows:
1. Upon execution of this Agreement, the Owner hereby grants to the City, its
employees, agents, contractors and other representatives, the license and right to enter
upon the property described and the area and land being the property identified by and
as Seminole County Property Appraiser Tax Parcel Identification Number:
11-20-30-300-0090-0000, for the purposes of accessing and inspecting a stormwater

pond liner system and related infrastructure, located on, proximate or adjacent to the
aforereferenced tax parcel in such ways, means and manners as the City deems
appropriate upon no less than forty-eight (48) hours' prior notice to Owner (except in the
event of an emergency where no notice shall be required).
2. The rights granted by the Owner to the City herein shall expire upon the City
filing an affidavit in the Public Records (land records) of Seminole County so stating.
3. To the extent and limits permitted by controlling State law, Section 768.28,
Florida Statutes, the City shall indemnify the Owner, for its negligent work within the
property while exercising the rights granted herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this instrument for
the purpose herein expressed and place our hands and seals on the dates set forth
below.
