AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLOR-
IDA, VACATING, CLOSING AND ABANDONING POR-
TIONS OF THE NORTH TEN FEET OF 24TH PLACE-
BETWEEN SANFORD AVENUE AND PRINCETON AVE-
NUE, IN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
Section 1. That the North ten feet of 24th Place, ex-
tending from the Easterly right-of-way line of Sanford Avenue to
the Westerly right-of-way line of Princeton Avenue, except the
portion within the boundaries of Grandview Avenue South and Poin-
settia Avenue, be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and
abandoned as a public street of the City of Sanford, Florida.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be, and the same are, hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
