AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA VACATING, CLOSING AND ABANDON-
ING MYRTLE AVENUE FROM THE NORTHERLY
LINE OF FOURTH STREET, NORTH TO THE
SOUTHERLY LINE OF THIRD STREET, AS A
STREET OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Myrtle Avenue from its intersection with
the Northerly line of Fourth Street North to its intersection with the
Southerly line of Third Street be and the same is hereby closed,
vacated and abandoned by the City of Sanford, Florida as a public
street of the City of Sanford, Florida.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby -repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective imme-

diately upon its passage and adoption.
