AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SCHEDULE NO. & OF ORDINANCE NO. 442,
PASSED AND ADOPTED DECF~iBER 29, 1948, AS AM-
ENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 519, SUCH ORDINANCE
BEING THE TRAFFIC ORDINANCE, AND SUCH SCHED-
ULE DESIGNATING THROUGH STREETS, BY DESIGN-
ATING A PORTION OF THIRD STREET AS AN AD-
DITIONAL THROUGH STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FL(~IDA:
SECTION 1. That Schedule No. 4 of Ordinance No. 442
of the City of Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December
29, 1948, as amended by Ordinance No. 519, same being the traf-
fic ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, and the schedule
in said ordinance designating through streets in the City of
Sanford, Florida, be and the same is hereby amended by addition
of a portion of Third Street to the schedule of through streets
as set out in said Ordinance No. 519, immediately following
the designation in Section i of said Ordinance No. 519 of Elm
Avenue between Thirteenth Street and Twentieth Street. Such ad-
dition is made in the following words:
"Third Street - Between Oak Avenue and French
Avenue and between French Avenue and Persim-
mon Avenue."
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall be effective up-
on its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2~th day of January, 1954.
