FLORIDA, VACATI~,iG, CLOSIEG ~D ABANDON-
ING A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN ~LLEY
SHO~N BY E. R. TR~FFOMD'S ~MAP OF BLOCK
7, TIER 9, OF THE TOi~ OF S~hlFORD, IN
THE CITY OF S~JF0~D, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That that certain alley as platted, running
from North to South in Block 7, Tier 9, of the Town of Sanford,
Florida, according to E. R. Trafford's ~iap thereof, recorded in
Plat Book l, pages 56-6~, of the public records of Seminole County,
Florida, be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and abandoned as
a public thoroughfare of the City of Sanford, Florida, as to that
portion thereof extending northward from the ~orth property line
of Sixth Street to a line extending from a point on the West line of
Lot 3 of said Block and Tier, thirty-two feet South of the Northwest
corner of said Lot,~to a point on the East line of Lot $ of said
Block and Tier, thirty-two fe~t South of the Northeast corner of
said Lot, provided, however, that there is hereby reserved unto the
City of Sanford, Florida, over, across and under the property consti-
tuting such vacated alley, an easement for the installation, mainten-
ance, repair and/or servicing of utilities including the right of in-
gress and egress for such purposes or any of them.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall become effective im-
mediately upon its passage and adoption.
