AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FL~IDA, VACATING, CLOSING, AND ABAND-
ONING THE WESTERLY TEN FEET OF A CER-
TAIN UNNAMED STREET BETWEEN LOTS 47
AND 48, OF BLOCK A, OF M. M. SMITH'S
SECOND SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF SAN-
FORD, FLORIDA.
FLORIDA: BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
Section 1. That the Westerly ten feet of that cer-
tain unnamed street as platted between Lots 47 and 48, of
Block A, of M. M. Smith's Second Subdivision, as recorded in
Plat Book l, page lO1, of the public records of Seminole Coun-
ty, Florida, extending from the Southerly right-of-way line
of Fifteenth Street to the Northerly right-of-way line of Six-
teenth Street in said City, be and the same is hereby vacated,
closed and abandoned as a public street of the City of San-
ford, Florida.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this~day of Nay, 1955.
