AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, DEDICATING A STRIP OF LAND
25 FEET IN WIDTH AND EXTENDING FROM
CON~ERCIAL STREET TO SEmiNOLE BOULE-
VARD, IN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES FOR THE
WIDENING OF HOLLY AVENUE NORTHWARD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City of Sanford, Florida, does
hereby dedicate to the public forever for public street pur-
poses the following described property owned by the City of
Sanford, Florida, and situate therein, to-wit:
Beginning 41 feet West of the Southwest
corner of Block l, of Tier lC, of E. R.
Trafford's Nap of Sanford, Florida, ac-
cording to plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book l, pages 56 to 64, of the public
records of Seminole County, Florida, run
thence West 25 feet, thence North to
South property line of Seminole Boule-
vard (U. S. Highway 17-92}, thence East-
erly along said South property line to
a point North of beginning, thence South
to point of beginning,
said property to be used to provide a right-of-way 66 feet in
width for the extension of Holly Avenue Northward from Commer-
cial Street to Seminole Boulevard.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinan-
ces in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall become effect-
ive immediately upon its passage and adoption.
