AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY 0F SSu~FORD, FLORIDA,
~KING APPROPRIATIONS FOR ~tE CITY OF S~A~FORD,
FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER
l, 1955, A~D ~DING SEPTEI~BER 30, 1956.
WHEREAS,
a budget of revenues and expenditures of the City
Florida, for the fiscal year beginning October l,
ending September 30, 1956, in accordance with the
the City l~anager has prepared and submitted

Charter of
said City of Sanford, Florida, and upon consideration thereof
said budget of revenues ~d expenditures was adopted and approved
as the budget of said City for the fiscal year beginning October
l, 1955, and ending September 30, 1956, and
WHEREAS, the City Commissioners are of the opinion that
the several items of expenditures for said fiscal year beginning
October l, 1955, and ending September 30, 1956, are reasonable,
necessary and proper for the administration of the affairs of said
City and the proper conduct of said City,
NOW, ~EREFORE, BE IT E~ACTED BY THE PEOP~E 0F RtE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That said budget of revenues and expenditures
of said City of Sanford, Florida, for the fiscal year beginning
October l, 1955, and ending September 30, 1956, approved by
resolution of the City Commission of said City on the 26th day
of September , 1955, a copy of which is hereto attached and hereby
made a part of this Ordinance, be, and the same is hereby, ratified,
approved, confirmed, accepted and adopted.

SECTION 3. That all ordinances, or parts of
ordinances, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall become
effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
