AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, VACATING, CLOSING, AND ABAN-
DONING THE NORTH ONE-HALF OF A CERTAIN
ALLEY BETWEEN LOTS 10 AND 35 AND LOTS 1
TO 9A INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 9, DREAMWOLD,
SA. NFORD, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION l. That the North 122 1/2 deer of that certain
alley as platted between Lots 10 and 35 and Lots l to 9A inclusive,
all in Block 9, Dr~tmwold, Sanford, Florida, as recorded in Plat
Book 3, .-,- ~r~-
,.,aa¢,~ 93 and 91 of the Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida, said Mley extending from the south property line o:_' 25th
Street (Geneva Street) to the north property line of Sarita Street,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and aban:loned as a public
alley of the City of Sanford, Florida.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or ~;arts of ordinances in
coiff[ict herewith are hereby repealed.
S~,CTION 3. That this Ordinance shall become effective
imrnediateIy t,?oa its passxge and adoration.
