ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA VACATING, CLOSING, AND
ABANDONING A CERTAIN NORTH-SOUTH
ALLEY IN BLOCK 2, TIER 7, OF THE CITY
OF SANFORDt FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO
E. R. TRAFFORD'S MAP THEREOF.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the certain nort'q-south alley as platted
between Lots 1 and 2 on the East and the NW 1/4 on t:~e West, all
in Block 2, Tier 7 o'~' the City of Saaford, Flork&~, according to E. R.
TrMford's Map thereo[ recorde_l i. Pl._it Book l, pages 56-64, Seminole
County Public Records, be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and
abandoned as x public alley of the City of Sunford, Florida.
SECTION 2. That all ordit~ances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
