AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY O F SANFORD~
FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 19-5 OF CHAPTER
19 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD~
FLORIDA, 1954, PROVIDING FOR BOARD OF
PLUMBING COMMISSIONERS--AUTHORITY TO
CHARGE AND COLLECT CERTAIN FEES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section I9-5 of chapter 19 of the Code of the City
of Sanford, Florida, 1954, relating to the Board of Plumbing Commissioners--
authority to charge and collect certain fees, be and the same is hereby
amended to read as ~ollows.
SECTION 19-5. Board of Plumbing Commissioners--
authority to charge and collect certain fees.
The Board of PLumbing Commissioners shall have
the authority to charge and collect a fee of 25¢ for each
and every waste opening on all plumbing work installed
in the City, and an additional fee of 25¢ for each fixture
installed in connection with such plumbing work, provided
however, that there shall be a minimum charge of $1.00
All such fees shall be paid by the plumber at the time of
application for a permit to do such work.
SECTION 2. Ail ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
