AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, VACATING, CLOSING AND ABANDON-
ING THAT PORTION OF BEL-AIR BOULEVARD
FROM ITS INTERSECTION WITH JEFFERSON
STREET WESTERLY AROUND LAKE GEM TO
ITS INTERSECTION WITH FRANKLIN STREET
AS A PUBLIC STREET IN THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of Bel-Air Boulevard from its inter-
section with the Westerly right-of-way of Jefferson Street, Westerly around
Lake Gem to its intersection with the Northerly right-of-way of Franklin
Street in the City of Sanford, Florida, according to Plat Book 3, page 79,
Seminole County Public Records, be and the same is hereby vacated, closed
and abandoned as a public Street in the City of Sanford, Florida.
SECTION 2. That ail ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
