AN ORDINANCE OF ~ CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
362 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID ORDI-
NANCE BEING AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING
A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD,
SAID AMENDMENT TRANSFERRING CERTAIN
TERRITORY IN DISTRICT R-1 TO DISTRICT C-1
IN SAID CITY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD) FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 362 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 26, 1944, as amended, said Ordi-
nance being entitled: "An Ordinance establishing a zoning plan within the
City of Sanford, creating fourteen (14) districts, regulating and restricting
the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water for trade, in-
dustry, residence or other purposes; the height and size of structures, and
size of open spaces for light and ventilation; adopting a map of said districts;
defining terms, uses; providing for the adjustment, enforcement and amend-
ment thereof; and prescribing penalties for violation. ", be, and the same is
hereby amended as ~ollows:
(a) Lots 4, 5, 6and7 of Block 1; Lots 10, lland
12 of Block 3; Lots 16, 17 and 18 of Block 5, ail
in Second Section of Dreamwotd, according to Plat
Book 4, page 30, Seminole County Public Records.
(b) All of that property lying West of the North-South
alley between Magnolia Avenue and Park Avenue,
South of 25th Street and North of 26th Street, and
East of Orlando Drive.
(c) All of that property Soutl~ of 6th Street and North of
13th Street, lying West of the North-South alley be-
tween Laurel Avenue and Elm Avenue and East of
the North-South alley between French Avenue and
Laurel Avenue,
be and the same is hereby transferred from R-1 Family residential district
to C-1 commercial district.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in corfflict
herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance will become effective imme-
diately upon its passage and adoption
