AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, VACATING, CLOSING AND ABAN-
DONING THAT CERTAIN PUBLIC UTILITIES
EASEMENT BETWEEN LOTS i THROUGH 8,
16 THROUGH 24, AND 28 THROUGH 31, BLOCK
2, SECOND SECTION OF DREAMWOLD, SAN-
FORD, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO PLAT BOOK
4, PAGE 30, SEMINOLE COUNTY PUBLIC
RECORDS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that certain public utilities easement as platted
between Lots 1 through 8, 16 through 24, and 28 through 31, Block 2,
Second Section of Dreamwold, Sanford, Florida as recorded in Plat Book
4, page 30, of the public records of Seminole County, Florida, be and the
same is hereby vacated, closed and abandoned as a public utilities ease-
ment of the City of Sanford, Florida.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.

CERTIFICATE
I, H. N. Bayer, City Clerk of the City of ~anford,
Florida, hereby certify that a true and correct copy of
the foregoing Ordinance No. 575 of the City of 8anfo~d,
Florida, PASSED and ADOPTED by the City Commission of the
City of ~anford, Florida, on the 30th day of March, 1956,
was POSTED at the front door of the City Hall in the City
of Sanford, Florida, this 2nd day of April, 1956.
