AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, VACATING, CLOSING AND ABAN-
DONING THAT CERTAIN PUBLIC UTILITIES
EASEMENT ON THE WESTERLY SIDE OF LOT
34 AND THE EASTERLY SIDE OF LOTS 32 AND
33, AS PLATTED IN GROVE MANORS ACCORD-
lNG TO PLAT BOOK i0, PAGES 31 AND 32,
SEMINOLE COUNTY HJBLIC RECORDS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that certain public utilities easement as platted
in Grove Manors on the Westerly side of Lot 34 and the Easterly side
of Lots 32 and 33, Sanford, Florida as recorded in Plat Book 10, pages
31 and 32, of the public records of Seminole County, Florida, be and the
same is hereby vacated, closed and abandoned as a public utilities ease-
ment of the City of Sanford, Florifla.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its Passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED This 301zh day of MARCH , A.D. 1956.
