AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA VACATING, CLOSING AND ABANDON-
ING THAT CERTAIN I~IBLIC UTILITIES EASEMENT
ON THE WESTERLY SIDE OF LOTS 11 THROUGH
18 INCLUSIVE, AND THE EASTERLY SIDE OF LOTS
3 THROUGH 10 INCLUSIVE, AND ON THE NORTHERLY
SIDE OF LOTS 1, 2, 19 AND 20, AND ON THE SOUTH-
ERLY SIDE OF LOTS 3 AND 18 OF BLOCK 16, THIRD
SECTION OF DREAMWOLD, ACCORDING TO PLAT
BOOK 4, PAGE 70, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE
COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that certain public utilities easement as platted on
the Westerly side of Lots 11 through 18 inclusive, and the Easterly side of
Lots 3 through 10 inclusive, and on the Northerly side of Lots 1, 2, 19 and
20, and on the Southerly side of Lots 3 and 18, of Block 16, Third Section
of Dreamwold, according to Plat Book 4, page 70, Public Records of
Seminole County, Florida, be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and
abandoned as a public utilities easement of the City of Sanford, Florida.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED This 9t~h day of April, A.D. 1956.
