AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA VACATING AND CLOSING THAT PUBLIC
UTILITIES EASEMENT RUNNING NORTH AND SOUTH
BETWEEN KATHERINE COURT AND FRANKLIN
STREET BETWEEN LOTS 1, 2, 4, 9 and 10, AND
THAT CERTAIN EASEMENT RUNNING EAST AND
WEST BETWEEN LOTS 4, 5 and 10, ALL IN BLOCK
9 OF HIGHLAND PARK, ACCORDING TO PLAT BOOK
4, PAGE 28, SEMINOLE COUNTY PUBLIC RECORDS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that certain public utilities easement running North
and South between Katherine Court and Franklin Street and lying between
Lots 1, 2 and 9 on the East, and Lots 4 and 10 on the West and that certain
easement running East and West lying between Lots 4 and 5 on the North
and Lot 10 on the South, all of Block 9, of Highland Park according to
Plat Book 4, page 28, Seminole County Public Records, be and the same is
hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a public utilities easement of
Sanford, Florida.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinaace shall become effective imme-
diately upon its passage and adoption.
