AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA VACATING, CLOSING AND ABANDON-
ING ALL OF THAT CERTAIN PLATTED PUBLIC
UTILITIES EASEMENT IN BLOCK 9 OF HIGHLAND
PARK ACCORDING TO PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 28,
SEMINOLE COUNTY PUBLIG RECORDS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD~ FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That ail of that certain public utilities easement
as platted in Block 9 of Highland Park, according to Plat Book 4, page
28, Seminole County Public Records, be and the same is hereby closed,
abandoned and vacated as a public utilities easement of the City of
Sanford, Florida.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED This 28th day of May, A.D.
