AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 362 OF SAID CITY, AS
AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE BEING AN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT TRANSFERRING
CERTAIN TERRITORY FROM R-IA SINGLE FAMILY RESI-
DENTIAL DISTRICT TO C-T TRANSIENT COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT,
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 362 of the City of
Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 26, 1944, as amend-
ed, said Ordinance being entitled: "An Ordinance establishing a
zoning plan within the City of Sanford, creating 14 districts,
regulating and restricting
structures, land and water
other purposes; the height
the location and use of buildings,
for trade, industry, residence or
and size of structures, and size of
open spaces for light and ventilation, adopting a map of said
districts; defining terms, uses; providing for the adjustment,
enforcement and amendment thereo£; and prescribing penalties for
violation." be, and the same is hereby amended as follows:
Lots 10 and 35 of Block 9, Dreamwold,
according to Plat Book 3, pages 90 and
91, Seminole County Public Records,
be and the same is hereby transferred from R-lA single family
residential to C-T transient commerai~l district.
SECTION 2, That all
