AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA
VACATING~ CLOSING AND ABANDONING THAT CERTAIN
PUBLIC UTILITIES EASEMENT LYING ON THE EASTERLY
SIDE OF LOTS 7 AND 8~ AND ON THE WESTERLY SIDE
OF LOT i6, LESS THE NORTHEASTERLY 25 FEET
THEREOF~ AND LOT 17 AND ON THE NORTHEASTERLY
SIDE OF LOT 18 OF BLOCK l~ SECOND SECTION OF
DREAIVIWOLD, ACCORDING TO PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 3~
OF SEMINOLE COUNTY PUBLIC RECORDS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD~ FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that certain public utilities easement as
platted in Block 1, Second Section of Dreamwold according to Plat
Book 4, page 30, Seminole County Public Records, and bounded on the
East by Lot 16jless the Northeasterly 25 feet thereof, and lot 17,
bounded on the West by Lots 7 and 8 and on the South by Lot 18, all
o~ said Block 1, be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned
as a public utilities easement of the City of Sanford, Florida.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23 day of July, A. D. 1956.
