AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA VACATING, CLOSING AND ABANDON-
ING THAT CERTAIN NORTH-SOUTH ALLEY
DIVIDING THE NORTH HALF OF BLOCK 2,
TIER 10, ACCORDING TO E. R. TRAFFORD'S
MAP OF TIlE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that certain North-South alley dividing the
North half of Block 2, Tier 10, according to E. R. Traffordts Map of the
City of Sanford, Florida, be and the same is hereby closed~ abandoned
and vacated as an alley of the City of Sangord, Florida.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED This J.O day of September, A.D. 1956.
