AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA AMENDING SECTION 23-21 OF
CHAPTER 23 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA 1954~ SAID SECTION
DEFINING THE SANFORD MUNICIPAL ATH-
LETIC FIELD AND SAID AMENDMENT RE-
DEFINING SAID SANFORD MUNICIPAL ATH-
LETIC FIELD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 23-21 of chapter 23 of The Code of the
City o? Sanford, Florida t954 defining the area known a:s S~nford Municipal
Athletic Field be and the same is hereby amended aa follows:
SECTION 23-21. Definition of Sanford Municipal
Athletic Field. The Sanford Municipal Athletic Field as
used herein shall include the area beginning on Mellon-
ville Avenue~ 350 feet North from its intersection with
Celery Avenue, presently known as the New Stadium,
together with ali contiguous baselxdl diamonds to the
North and East thereo: which is now being used and
a5apted to .~uch ?urpose.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordin.2nces
con£1ict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall become effective immedi-
ately upon its ?~tssa?.e and adoption.
