AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD~
FLORIDA AMENDING PARAGRAPH 5 OF SECTION
14-13 OF CHAPTER 14 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY
OF SANFORD~ FLORIDA 1954 BY ADDING THERETO
A NEW SUBPARAGRAPH LETTERED (J), SAID SECTION
PROVIDING FOR LICENSE FEES TO BE PAID FOR AD-
VERTISING THROUGH VARIOUS MEDIUMS~ SAID AD-
DITIONAL SUBSECTION TO PROVIDE FOR LICENSE
FEES FOR OPERATION OF A SOUND TRUCK ADVER-
TISING A BUSINESS OWNED OR OPERATED BY THE
OPERATOR OF SAID SOUND TRUCK.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That paragraph 5 of Section 14-13 of chapter 14 of
The Code o; the City of Sanford, Florida providing for licenses fdr adver-
tising in various mediums be and the same is hereby amended by aiding
thereto a subparagraph letter (j) as follows:
(j) Any person owning or operating a sound truck
oa or upon the streets of the City of Sanford, Florida for
advertising their own business, when operating so as not
to constitute a nuisance or breach of the peace, for each
truck, $.50.00.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance '-1

PASSED AND ADOPTED This 24th day of September, A.D. 1956
