AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 362
OF SAID CITY~ AS AMENDED~ SAID ORDINANCE
BEING AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A ZONING
PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD~ FLORIDA~
SAID AMENDMENT TRANSFERRING CERTAIN
TERRITORY IN DISTRICT R1-A SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO R-1 SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD~ FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That ordinance No. 362 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 26, 1944, as amended, said
ordinance being entitled: "An ordinance establishing a zoning plan
within the City of Sanford~ creating fourteen districts~ regulating and
restricting the location and use of buildings~ structures~ land and water
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, the height and ;size
of structures, the size of open spaces :for light and ventilation~ adopting
a map of said district; defining terms, uses; providing for the adjustment,
enforcement and amendment thereof~ and prescribing penalties for vio-
lation." be~ and the same is hereby amended as follows: Lots 5~ 6, 7~
8 and 9, o£' Block 7~ San Lanta~ according to plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book _~_3, page 80, Seminole County Public Records~ be and the
same is hereby transferred from R1-A Single Family Residential District
to R-It Single Family Residential District.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall become fmct~ve imme-
