AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN-
D ONING THAT CERTAIN PUBLIC UTILITIES
EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA AND EXTENDING FROM THE
WESTERLY LINE OF LOT 2 TO THE
EASTERLY LINE OF LOT 1, AND LYING
5 FEET SOUTH AND 7 FEET NORTH OF
THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOTS 1
AND 2, ALL OF GROVE MANORS, SANFORD,
FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO PLAT BOOK 10,
PAGES 31 AND 32~ SEMINOLE COUNTY PUBLIC
RECORDS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that certain public utilities easement in
the City of Sanford, Florida, extending from the Westerly line of Lot
2 to the Easterly line of Lot 1, and lying 5 feet South and 7 feet North
of the Southerly line of said Lots 1 and 2, all in Grove Manors, Sanford~
Florida, according to Plat Book 10, pages 3]~ and 32, Seminole County
Public Records, be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and aban-
doned as a public utilities easement of the City of Sanford, Florida.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED This 10th day of December~ A.D. 1956.
