AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 362
OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE
BEING AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A ZONING
PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
SAID AMENDMENT TRANSFERRING CERTAIN
TERRITORY IN DISTRICT R-3, SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO C-I, COMMERCIAL
RETAIL DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA;
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 362 of the City of Sanford~~
Florida, passed and adopted December 26, 1944, as amended, said
ordinance being entitled: "An ordinance establishing a zoning plan
within the City of Sanford, creating fourteen districts, regulating and
restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, the height and size
of structures, the size of open spaces for light and ventilation, adopting
a map of said district; defining terms, uses; providing for the adjustment,
enforcement and amendment thereof, and prescribing penalties for vio-
lation." be, and the same is hereby amended as follows: The East 1/2
of Block 8, Tier A, and the West 1/2 of Btock 8, Tier B, of the City of
S~nford, Florida according to E. R. Trafford's Map thereof as recorded
in the Public Records oF Seminole County, Florida, be and the same is
hereby transferred from R?3, Single Family Residential District to C-i~
Commercial Retail District.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
