ORDINANCE NO. 602
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD~
FLORIDA, CLOSINGs VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING THAT CERTAIN EAST-WEST ALLEY
IN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA~ RUNNING
EAST FROM FRENCH AVENUE TO ITS INTER-
S~CTION WITH THE NORTH-SOUTH ALLEY
BETWEEN HICKORY AVENUE AND LOCUST
AVENUE, AND BOUNDED ON THE NORTH BY
TENTH STREET AND ON THE SOUTH BY
ELEVENTH STREET,
BET~ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD~ FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That that certain alley running East and West
from French Avenue, Easterly to its intersection with a North-South
atley between Hickory Avenue and Locust Avenue, and bouuded on the
North by Tenth Street and on the South by Eleventh Street in the City
of Sanford, Florida, be and the same is hereby closod~ abandoned
and vacated as an alley o~ the City of Sanford, Florida~ reserving
however, unto the City o~_ Sanford~ Florida, an easement, thereon,
for the purpose of location o~ sewers and other utilities.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED This 10th day of December~ A.D. 1956.
