AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA AMENDING SECTION 4-1 OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA
1954, SAID SECTION PROVIDING FOR ZONING
OF THE CITY OF SANFORD DESIGNATING ZONES
IN WHICH INTOXICATING LIQUORS MAY BE SOLD,
SAID AMENDMENT ADDING ADDITIONAL AREAS
THERETO FOR THE SALE OF INTOXICATING
LIQUORS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 4-1, of The Code of the City of
Sanford, 1954, said section providing for zoning for the sale of in-
toxicating liquors, be and the same is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following language:
On French Avenue from its intersection with Tenth
Street, South to its intersection with Eleventh Street, and
only on the Easterly side thereof.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon its passage and adoption.

of Sanford, Florida, on the 12th day of March, 1957.
