AN ORDINANCE OF TPIE CITY OF SANFOKD, FLOKIDA,
ADOPTING AMENDMENTS TO THE sOUTIqERN STANDAKD
pLuMBING CODE, 1970 KEVISION TO 1967 EDITION, AS
pKEPAKED BY sOUTI~tEB2q BUILDING CODE CONGKESS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFOKD, FLOKIDA:
SECTION 1. That Amendments to Southern Standard Plumbing Code,
1970 Revision to 1967 Edition, prepared by Southern Building Code Congress,
be and the same is hereby adopted by the City of Sanford, Florida, and that
two true copies of said Amendments are herewith filed in the Office of the
City Clerk as a matter of permanent record of the City of Sanford, Florida,
and that the matters and contents therein by reference are made a part of
this Ordinance as fully and completely as if set forth herein, and that said
copies shall remain on file in said office available for public inspection.
SECTION 2. Th~ all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
