ORDINANCE NO. 1021
'"-~AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA
~DLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING ALLEYS AS
ELINEATED BELOW, IN THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
F LO RI DA:
SECTION 1. That those certain alleys in the City of Sanford, Florida,
described as follows, to-wit:
All of that certain North-South alley, and that certain
East-West alley (less the Westerly 117 feet) lying
between Myrtle Avenue and Elm Avenue, and First
Street and Commercial Street, in Block 2, Tier 6,
Town of Sanford,
be and the same are hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as public alleys
in the City of Sanford, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself and the
public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.

copy of the foregoing Ordinance No. 1021, PASSED and ADOPTED

the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the 2?th
day of April, 1971.
