ORDINANCE NO. 1074
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING PORTIONS OF
ALLEYS IN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AS
DELINEATED BELOW:
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That portions of those certain alleys in the City of
Sanford, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
(a) That certain North-South alley running North of
Second Street to the intersection with an East-West
alley between Park Avenue and Magnolia Avenue, being
more particularly described as follows:
That certain North-South alley lying between Lots 6,
7 andll, and Lots 8, 9and 10, Block 3, Tier 3, of
E. R. Trafford's Map of Sanford;
(b) That certain North-South alley between 23rd StreeZ~
and 24th Street and between Park Avenue and Oak Avenue~
being more particularly described as follows:
That certain North-South alley lying between Lots 1
through 10, Lane's Addition, Amended Plat, according
to Seminole County Public Records;
be and the same are hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as alleys in the
City of Sanford, reserving, however, unto the City of Sanford an easement
for public utilities.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.

Sanford, Florida, do hereby certify that a true and correct
copy of the foregoing Ordinance No. 1074, PASSED and ADOPTED
by the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, on
the 22nd day of May, 1972, was POSTED at the front door of
the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the 23rd
day of May, 1972.
