AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION
OF THE SOUTH SIDE OF FULTON STREET IN THE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of the South side of Fulton Street
described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1,
Tier 4, E. R. Trafford's Map of Sanford, run North
8 feet, thence West 121 feet, thence South 8 feet,
thence East to point of beginning,
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a public
street in the City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim
for itself and the public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25 day of August

copy of the foregoing Ordinamce No. 865, pASSED and ADOPTED
by the City Commission of the City of S~uford, Florida, on
the 23rd day of August, 1965, was POSTED at the front door
of the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the
2~th day of August,
1965.
