AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDON-
ING A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN NORTH-
SOUTH ALLEY AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER
OF SARITA STREET AND FRENCH AVENUE
IN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of that certain North-South
alley at the Northwest corner of Sarita Street and French Avenue in
the City of Sanford, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
That portion of that certain north-south
alley at the Northwest corner of Sarita Street
and French Avenue, further described as that
alley lying West of Lots 6 through 9-A and
East of Lot 10, Block 9, Dreamwold, according
to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, pages 90
and 91, Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida,
be and the same is closed, vacated and abandoned as a public alley in the
City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself and
the public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11 day of October, A.D. 1965.

Sanford, Florida, do hereby certify that a true a~d correct
copy of the foregoing Ordimamce No. 873, PASSED and ADOPTED
by the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, on
the llth day of October, 1965, was POSTED at the front door
of the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the
12th day of October, 1965.
