AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA AMENDING SUBPARAGRAPH (c) OF
SECTION 4-2 OF CHAPTER 4, THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA 1954, AS
AMENDED, SAID SECTION DEALING WITH
SALES OF INTOXICATING LIQUORS ON STATE,
COUN%~f OF MUNICIPAL PRIMARY ELECTION DAYS,
SAID AMENDMENT PERMITTING SALES ON SUCH
DAYS EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY STATE LAW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That subparagraph (c) of Section 4-2 of Chapter
4, The Code of the City of Sanford, Florida 1954, as amended, be and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(c) Sales of intoxicating liquors within the
City of Sanford, Florida on state, county or
municipal primary election days shall be per-
mitted except when the same is prohibited by
state law."
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

door of the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on
the 14th day of December, 1965.
