AN OR1DINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN EAST-
WEST ALLEY LYING BETWEEN LOTS 11 AND
24 AND 12, 25, AND 26, BLOCK 9, BEL-AIR,
IN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portionof that certain East-West Alley
lying between Lots i1 ~k 24, and 12, 25, and 26, Block 9, Bel-Air, in the
City of Sanford, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
That certain East-West Alley lying between Lots
11 and 24 and 12, 25, and 26, Block 9, Bel-Air,
as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 79, Seminole
County Public Records,
be and the same is closed, vacated and abandoned as a public alley in the
City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself and
the public all interest therein, reserving, however, unto theCity of Sanford
an easement for public utilities.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
