886
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN
NORTH-SOUTH ALLEY LYING BETWEEN LOTS
E AND F, LAKEVIEW PARK, IN THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of that certain North-South alley
lying between Lots E and F of Lake view Park in the City of Sanford, Florida,
described as follows, to-wit:
That portion of that certain north-south alley
lying between Lots E and F, Lakeview Park,
as recorded inPlat Book 3, page 41, Seminole
County Public Records,
be and the same is closed, vacated and abandoned as a public alley in the
City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself and
the public all interest therein, subject, however, to the continued mainten-
ance of the sidewalk presently existing North and South through said property.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the
day of Ju~e, 1966.
