AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 4-1 OF
CHAPTER 4, THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, 1954, AS AMENDED, SAID SECTION
DESIGNATING ZONES IN WHICH INTOXICATING
LIQUORS, EXCEPT BEER AND WINE, MAY BE
SOLD, SAID AMENDMENT ADDING ADDITIOI~L
TERRITORIES THERETO.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1.. That Section 4-1, Chapter 4, The Code of the City
of Sanford, Florida, 1954, as amended, said section designating zones in
which intoxicating liquors, except beer and wine, may be sold, be and the
same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following described area
wherein said sale shall be permitted, to-wit:
That certain property located at the Southeast Corner
of 24th Street and French Avenue, more particularly
described as Lot 1 and the North 38.37 feet of Lot 2,
Beck's Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 101,
Seminole County Public Records.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the 28th
day of June, 196G.
