AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
771 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN
THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID
AMENDMENT TRANSFERRING CERTAIN
TERRITORY FROM R-iA (SINGLE FAMILY
DWELLING) DISTRICT, to C-1 (NEIGHBORHOOD
COMMERCIAL) DISTRIgT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION L That Ordinance Number 77[ of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended, said ordinance
being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
Lots 1 through 19, Amended Plat of Orange Heights,
as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 84, Seminole County
Public Records, be and the same is hereby transferred
from R-lA (Single Family Dwelling) District to C-1
(Neighborhood Commercial) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
