AN ORDINANGE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING SEGTIONS 5-25, 5-28,
AND 5-31, THE GODE OF THE CITY OF SAN-
FORD, FLORIDA, 1954, AS AMENDED, SAID
SECTIONS PERTAINING TO FEES FOR REDEM-
PTION OF IMPOUNDED DOGS, SAID AMENDMENTS
CHANGING AND ESTABLISHING UNIFORM FEES
THEREFOR.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SEGTION 1. That Sections 5-25, 5-28 and 5-31, The Code of
The City of Sanford, Florida, 1954, as amended, as the same pertains
to fees for redemption of impounded dogs be and the same severally are
hereby amended solely as the same relate to said fees by providing a
uniform fee for redemption hereby established at the rate of SJ.. 50 per
day. Said fee of $1.50 per day shall be in lieu of all other charges
mentioned in said Sections.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed,
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
