AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN EAST-
WEST ALLEY LYING BETWEEN LOT 8 AND 9,
OAK HILL SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF SAN-
FORD, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of that certain East-West alley
lying between Lot 8 and 9, Oak Hill Subdivision, described as follows,
to-wit:
That certain East-West alley lying between
Lots 8 and 9, Oak Hill Subdivision, accord-
ing to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3,
page 86, Seminole County Public Records,
be and the same is closed, vacated and abandoned as a public alley in
The City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim for
itself and the public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

of the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the
9m day of August, 1966.
