AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 771
OF SAID CITY~ AS AMENDED~ SAID ORDINANCE
BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT
CHANGING ARTICLE VI, SECTION 1~ SUBSECTION
(8), BY PROVIDING RELATED STORAGE FACILITIES
IN R-3 AREAS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Article VI, Section 1, Subsection
~) of Ordinance No. 771 of the City of Sanford~ Florida:
passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended, said
ordinance being a part of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Sanford, pertaining to R-3 use, be and the
same is hereby amended by adding thereto after the word
"clinics", the following:
"supply houses common to these uses."
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordi~
nances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become
effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of September,
A.D. 1966.

door of the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on
the 27~ day of September, 1966.
