HomeMy WebLinkAbout900ORDINANCE NO. 900 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 771 OF SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT TRANS- FERRING CERTAIN TERRITORY FROM R-3 (MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING) DISTRICT TO C-I (NEIGHI]ORHOOD COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT: BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Ordinance Number 771 of the City of Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted February 26, 1962, as amended, said ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of theCity ;of Sanford, regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: Parcel of land situated in the City of Sanford bounded on the North by the southerly right of way of Seminole Boulevard; on the South by the northerly right of way of First Street; on the East by the westerly right of way of Mellonville Avenue; and on the West by the easterly right of way of Sanford Avenue, be and the same is hereby transferred from R-3 ('Multiple Family Dwelling) District to C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) District. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of February, A.D. 1967. N~lgy0r ......
