HomeMy WebLinkAbout903ORDINANCE NO. 90> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDON- ING A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN NORTH- SOUTH ALLEY IN BLOCK 1, TIER 4, E. R. TRAFFORD'S MAP OF SANFORD, IN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That that portion of that certain North-South alley lying between Commercial and Fulton Streets, west of the Pico, Masonic Lodge, and Park-Fulton Buildings in the City of Sanford, Florida, described as follows, to-wit: That certain 20 foot alley from its intersection with Commercial Street Northerly to the North right of way line extended of that certain alley running Easterly to Park Avenue, in Block 1, Tier 4, of E. R. Trafford's Map of Sanford, be and the same is closed, vacated and abandoned as a public alley in the City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself and the public all interest therein, reserving, however, unto the City of Sanford an easement for public utilities. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con- flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of February _, A.D. 1967. Attest: ~ ~ ' ,.
