ORDINANCE NO. 904
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING THAT CERTAIN EAST-WEST ALLEY
LYING BETWEEN THE MASONIC LODGE AND
THE EDWARDS BUILDINGS, WEST OF NORTH
PARK AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that certain East-West Alley lying between
the Masonic Lodge and The Edwards Buildings, West of North Park Avenue,
in the City of Sanford, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
That certain East-West Alley in Block i, Tier 4,
E. R. Trafford's Map of Sanford,
be and the same is closed, vacated and abaondoned as a public alley in the
City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself and
the public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of March, A.D. 1967.

Sanford, Florida, do hereby certify that a true and correct
copy of the foregoing Ordinance No. 90#, PASSED and ADOPTED
by the City Commission of the City o£ Sanford, Florida, on
the 27th day of March, 1967, was POSTED at the front door
of the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the
14th day of April, 1967.
