AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 18, SECTION
18-34 THEREOF, THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLDRIDA, 1954, AS AMENDED, SAID
SECTION REGULATING POOLROOMS, SAID
AMENDMENT CHANGING PERSONS WHO MAY
INHABIT THE SAME.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 18-34 entitled Poolrooms, etc., of
Chapter 18, The Code of the City of Sanford, Florida, 1.954, as amended,
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 18-34. Poolrooms.
It shall be unlawful for any person, having control
of any poolroom and billiard room or tables, kept for
hire, to admit to any such room a mino_ when alcoholic
beverages of any content are sold upon such premises.
In those instances where no alcoholic beverages of any
nature are permitted upon said premises, then it shall
be lawful to permit minors in, on or upon said premises."
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

copy of the foregoing Ordinance No. 905, PASSED and ADOPTED
by the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, on
the 27th day of March, 1967, was POSTED at the front door
of the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the
28th day of March, 1967.
