AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, ADOPTING SOUTHERN STANDARD
BUILDING CODE 1.965, REVISED EDITION,
INCLUDING ALL FEES AND CHARGES THEREIN,
AS THE BUILDING CODE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA, EXCEPT SECTION 105.1
(d) THEREOF.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the Southern Standard Building Code 1965 Revised
Edition, except Section 105.1 (d) thereof, as prepared by the Southern
Building Code Congress, be and the same is hereby adopted as the Building
Code of the City of Sanford, Florida, together with all fees and charges
contained therein, and that two true copies of said Code are herewith filed
in the Office of the City Clerk as a matter of permanent record of the City
of Sanford, Florida, and that the matters and contents therein by reference
are made a part of this Ordinance as fully and completely as if set forth
herein, and that said copies shall remain on file in said office available
for public inspection.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordhmnce shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

copy of the foregoing Ordinance No. 906, PASSED and ADOPTED
by the City Commission of the City of Sa~ford, Florida, on
the 27th day of March, 1967, was POSTED at the front door
of the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the
28th day of March, 1967.
