AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, ADOPTING FIRE PREVENTION CODE,
1965 EDITION, AS RECOMMENDED BY THE
AMERICAN INSURANCE ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR
TO THE NATIONAL BOARD OF FI1LE UNDERWRITERS,
TOGETHER WITH OCTOBER 1966 REVISION OF THE
SAME PERTAINING TO DIVISION VI, SERVICE STATIONS
OF ARTICLE 16.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Fire Prevention Code, 1965 Edition, together
with 1966 revision thereof pertaining to Division VI, Service Stations of
Article 16 thereof, as recommended by the American Insurance Association
successor to the National Board of Fire Underwriters, be and the same is
hereby adopted as the Fire Prevention Code of the City of Sanford, Florida;
that two true copies of said Code are herewith fried in the Office of the
City Clerk as a matter of permanent record of the City of Sanford, Florida,
and that the matters and contents therein by reference are made a part of
this Ordinance as fully and completely as if set forth herein, and that said
copies shall remain on file in said office available for public inspection.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

by the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, on

of the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the
28th day of March, 1967.
